Cancellation Policy
Savorie Group Consulting Cancellation Policy To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, Savorie Group Consulting has established the following cancellation, rescheduling, and attendance policy for booked appointments: Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. Cancellations Between 12 and 24 Hours: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 10% service charge, which will be applied to the payment card on file. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Scheduled Appointment: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service charge, which will be applied to the payment card on file. No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification or are more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled appointment without prior notification of attendance will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the session will be terminated, and a 50% service charge will be applied to the payment card on file, in accordance with our less-than-12-hour cancellation policy. No refund or rescheduling of services will be offered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy to accommodate all clients effectively.
